BCVL Season Information

Returning Team Registration will begin in September.
New Team Registration will begin following the conclusion of returning team registration pending any available spots for new teams. 

The general registration league fee for the 2026 / 2027 season will be decided prior to the start of registration. We anticipate a small increase in the team fees.

A deposit of $300 per team to be paid with registration. Information for the deposit is available in the registration form.

Due to a change in the way the city is now booking the facilities, we are unable to make changes to the schedule throughout the year or book a snow day without added cost to the league. 

We are amending our existing snow day policy to now follow closures based on the closure of City of Brantford Facilities and the Branlyn Community Centre.

There will be no make up games, but any cancellations (refunds from the city) will be factored into the following seasons fees.

Rosters can have up to 12 players per team. Due to our insurance limitations we cannot permit more than 12 individuals on a team.
All players must play for a single team and players must be 18 at the time of playing to participate. Insurance will not cover individuals under the age of 18.

If a new individual needs to join a team with 12 players already registered, an existing member must be removed from the team with the committees permission. 

Games played for that individual will be removed from the teams roster and cannot be re-added.
